Because candles are personal, sensory items, all sales are final.

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used or unused candles.

That said, your experience matters deeply to us.If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered, Lucia Sparkle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All Lucia Sparkle candles are hand-poured in small batches with care and intention.

Processing time Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — thank you for your patience as each candle is prepared thoughtfully.

Shipping time Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and carrier*. Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Lucia Sparkle is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
