🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because candles are personal, sensory items, all sales are final.

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used or unused candles.

That said, your experience matters deeply to us.If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Once an order has been marked as delivered, Lucia Sparkle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
